Complex products consisting of special cavities require a core consisting of several components. After internal core moulding, the assembly department carries out the delicate task of constructing the final core. The components are assembled with specific water or alcohol-based glues, depending on the final use of the core.
The assembly is carried out with an accurate methodology and an ad hoc process for each type of product. Assembly is a production phase that requires the activity of a qualified professional, able to guarantee the necessary quality.
