Each core must have specific characteristics in order to guarantee certain activity performance during use. For certain production activities in the foundry, a sand core is not hard enough and resistant enough to the operating temperatures to which it will be subjected, which is why MDG has a paint shop inside. Thanks to specific surface painting treatments MDG produces shell-moulding cores with more resistant and long-lasting technical characteristics, maintaining all the advantages deriving from their use.
